The BBC very nicely helps celebrate yesterday’s American holiday with this new Doctor Who teaser.
It features the 12th Doctor at least in silhouette — again — along with a familiar villainous voice possibly not heard since series 4 in 2008.
The new series debuts Aug. 23.
