Moses is in line to become the next Pharaoh, god-king of Egypt. But when he discovers his true family identity as a Hebrew slave, Pharaoh seeks to kill him.

So Moses flees to Midian, land of the mysterious Mountain of God. That God, Yahweh, calls him to return to Egypt and its new Pharaoh to bring his people out of slavery.
