‘Harry Potter’ and The Critical Blockage

From an advertising slogan of the Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes joke shop:

Why are you worrying about You-Know-Who?
You should be worrying about U-NO-POO —
the constipation sensation that’s gripping the nation!
