Author Nadine Brandes revealed the cover of her dystopian novel, A Time to Speak, book two of the Out Of Time series published by Enclave Publishing.

As part of the promotion for this book, she’s also holding a contest on her site. I think the tag line for the new book says pretty much everything you need to be hooked: How do you live after you planned to die? This is one novel I can hardly wait to read.
