As the new vice president of SynTech Labs Gene Therapy Division, Nick is surprised to learn how many Christians have been treated at the SynTech Center–and that his predecessor was the victim of a mysterious death. By T.L. Higley.
· December 2002 · for

Dr. Nicholas Donovan is a brilliant genetic researcher with little time for God. He’s also damaged goods–and he knows it–because one of his patients unexpectedly died during a clinical trial for a genetic cancer therapy. So why would SynTech Labs be so eager to hire the now-disgraced doctor?

Donovan’s not sure, but he’s not asking questions–yet. As the new vice president of SynTech Labs Gene Therapy Division, Nick is surprised to learn how many Christians have been treated at the SynTech Center–and that his predecessor was the victim of a mysterious death. When he discovers a stockpile of fatal gene therapies, the questions start to flow.

What really happened to the previous researcher?

Could there be an awful connection between Christians and the fatal research being conducted?

And if so, why would the head of SynTech Labs—Nick’s boss—want to get rid of Christians?

Now Dr. Donovan must find a way to prove his suspicions without destroying his career. But there’s more at stake than Nicholas’s new job: his life … his wife … and the soul he didn’t know he had.

What say you?
