Immortal Guardian

Lazarus woke up in the hospital with no memory and someone attacking him. That’s the first of several mysteries unearthed by M. Louis Lambert’s Immortal Guardian. Is Lazarus really who people say he is? How did he get all of these skills? Where did the undead come from? Can he trust the people claiming to be his friends? Lazarus must answer all of those questions and regain his memories while trying to stay alive from continued attacks by the undead. Guardian may start slowly and its prose may occasionally stumble, but this story asks interesting questions with a compelling plot.

Best for: Fans of zombie stories and action thrillers.

Discern: Action violence, speculation about the extra-biblical lives of biblical heroes.
